Creamy dressing, crispy bacon, fresh avocado— now, this is my kind of salad! I’m taking an even healthier spin on the classic wedge with my wedge salad skewers! Drizzle with my low fat, creamy, blue cheese Greek yogurt dressing and you’ve got yourself a diet anyone can stick to! Pack for a great lunch on the go, or serve at your next party. Either way you’re gonna love it!

Ingredients (Salad)
 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into bite size wedges
 6-8 strips of cooked thick cut bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
 10-18 cherry tomatoes
 ½ red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
 2 avocados, pitted and diced
 Bamboo skewers
Ingredients (Blue Cheese Dressing)
 ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
 ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
 ½ cup low fat buttermilk
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp white vinegar
 Salt and pepper, to taste

Thread lettuce wedge, bacon, pieces of onion, avocado, and tomato onto a skewer.

Repeat to fill skewers until all ingredients are used up.

Arrange skewers on plate or platter.

Pour dressing ingredients into bowl or mason jar. Whisk together or shake vigorously until well incorporated.

Drizzle dressing over skewers. Top with fresh cracked black pepper.
