Moroccan Spiced Chicken Skewers

Spice Mix
 1 tbsp sweet paprika
 2 tsp ground turmeric
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp Kosher salt
 ½ tsp black peppes
 ¾ tsp coriander
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
 ¼ tsp ground allspice
 ¼ tsp ground cloves
 2 lbs Skinless, chicken breast or thighs cut into 1 -inch thick strips
 Juice of 1 lemon
 ¼ cup olive oil
 6-inch bamboo skewers

Combine chicken with spice mix, lemon juice and olive oil in a large plastic bag or bowl. Toss well to evenly coat and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Thread marinated chicken on bamboo skewers. Cook in non-stick sauté pan or on grill over medium high heat about 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside, turning halfway through cook time. Serve immediately.
