Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce

This festive side dish is so good your family will have no idea it was made in the microwave. It takes just 5 minutes to cook and another 5 minutes before it's ready to serve.

 1 (10 oz.) bag of frozen cranberries, defrosted
  cup sugar
 1 large orange, zest and juice
 ½ cup water

Place all of the ingredients into a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl and cover.

Place in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes stirring halfway through.

Remove from the microwave and set aside covered for 5 minutes.

Remove the cover and stir.

Place in a serving bowl or into the fridge for up to a week. The sauce can also be frozen.
