Add some sweet ‘n spice to your next meal with these delicious & nutritious sweet potato fries! My chef tip: bake them in the oven to bring out their natural sugars, and keep the skin on for added texture and fiber. Drizzle maple syrup or agave for that extra little kiss of sweet. Enjoy!

Ingredients
 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 pound) cut into wedges
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp paprika
 Salt and pepper, to taste
 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave

Heat oven to high broil.

Place the sweet potato wedges in a large bowl.

Toss wedges in the olive oil, cinnamon, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.

Place the potatoes wedges on foil lined baking sheet.

Broil until tender and charred slightly, approximately 16-18 minutes.

To serve, drizzle sweet potato fries with maple syrup and lightly toss.
