Break out the grill because it’s burger time! This burger oozes with an ooey, gooey cheesy surprise that will have you grinning from ear to ear. Be sure let these beauties rest for 5 minutes before taking a bite, because the cheese inside bubbling hot! My chef tip: add fresh grilled fruit to your burgers to keep ‘em guessing. Replace tomatoes with grilled pears, mango, or pineapple. Be careful not to overcook fruit – grill only until grill marks are present on each side. Now, do a little party dance!
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce together.
Portion your individual burgers using a ½ cup measuring cup, leveling each scoop.
Using your fingers, form a well or slight hole in the middle of burger. Fill burger with 2 tablespoons of
cheese. Form the sides over the filling, completely covering filling with turkey meat. Gently press to
form a round burger.
Heat grill pan or outdoor grill over medium high heat or approx. 400˚F.
Cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side, until burger is cooked throughout to 165˚F and cheese is melted on the inside.
In a small bowl toss sliced peaches with olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt. Place on grill for 2-3 minutes each side.
In a small bowl whisk mayo, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To assemble burger, spread spicy mayo on burger bun. Top with arugula and turkey burger. Place slices of peaches on top.
