Preheat oven (I use my toaster oven) to 375˚F.
In a small bowl, place apple slices.
Puree dates and hot water in a food processor.
Pour date puree over apples and toss with cinnamon.
Spoon apples into heat proof ramekin.
Mix oat and olive oil together and top apples.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until apples are tender and oats just begin to brown.
