Turkey Burger Stuffed w/ Pepper Jack & Grilled Peaches

Ingredients (Turkey Burger)
 2 lbs ground turkey
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 6 oz Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
 2 large peaches, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
 1 tbsp olive oil
 Pinch of salt
 1 cup arugula
 6 brioche or pretzel hamburger buns
Ingredients (Spicy Mayo)
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 Several dashes of favorite hot sauce
 ½ tsp garlic powder

In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce together.

Portion your individual burgers using a ½ cup measuring cup, leveling each scoop.

Using your fingers, form a well or slight hole in the middle of burger. Fill burger with 2 tablespoons of
cheese. Form the sides over the filling, completely covering filling with turkey meat. Gently press to
form a round burger.

Heat grill pan or outdoor grill over medium high heat or approx. 400˚F.

Cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side, until burger is cooked throughout to 165˚F and cheese is melted on the inside.

In a small bowl toss sliced peaches with olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt. Place on grill for 2-3 minutes each side.

In a small bowl whisk mayo, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

To assemble burger, spread spicy mayo on burger bun. Top with arugula and turkey burger. Place slices of peaches on top.
