 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
 1 ½ cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
 ½ cup powered sugar
 1 lime - zest and juice
 2 tsp rum extract
 2 cups fresh diced tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, papaya)
 2 cups granola or diced store bought pound cake
 fresh mint sprigs

In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, lime zest and juice, and rum extract.

To assembly trifle, spoon diced fruit into individual glass or bowls. Top with granola or pound cake. Add cream mixture on top. Repeat layers.
