1bag shredded cabbage and carrot cold slaw mix
1cupshredded chicken (store bought rotisserie chicken works best)
¼cupchunky peanut butter
2tbsprice wine or apple cider vinegar
½tspfresh grated ginger
juice and zest of lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
2tbspwater, if necessary to thin out
