Sweet Potato Pie in a Mug–As Seen on GMA

Whether you are flying solo, or you just don't want the fuss or mess from baking; this pie in a mug is just for you. The best part about this dessert is that it can all be made simply in the microwave. If you prefer pumpkin pie instead of sweet potato, feel free to sub ingredient.
Get ready to have your taste buds blow!

 3 tbsp crushed cookies (graham crackers, gingersnaps, biscuit cookies)
  cup sweet potato puree (feel free to sub with pumpkin puree)
 1 egg
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tbsp half and half
 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 1 tsp vanilla
 pinch of salt

Place crushed cookies in the bottom of a microwavable mug.
In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients until smooth. Spoon pie mixture into mug.


Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds. Carefully remove from the microwave and allow pie to slightly cool as it sets. Serve with whipped cream on top and enjoy.
