lunch, dinner and dessert! Tastes just like grandma made it – with love!
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
In a bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl mix oil, melted butter, honey, eggs, and milk.
Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Mix until well incorporated.
Pour into a greased 10-inch pan or cast-iron skillet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
