Spicy Shrimp Tortellini Marinara

 20 oz Cheese tortellini, found in the grocery store refrigerated section
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 4 Garlic cloves, minced
 1 lb Large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off
 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
 24 oz Store-bought marinara sauce
 Salt, to taste
 6 Fresh basil leaves for garnish

 Ninja Foodie Neverstick 6qt. stock pot

Using 6 qt. Ninja Foodie Neverstick stock pot, prepare tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set tortellini aside to keep warm.

Heat olive oil over medium heat in Neverstick Sauté Pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp. Season shrimp with chili flakes and salt to taste. Sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally so that garlic does not burn.

Add cooked tortellini and stir in marinara sauce. Season with salt to taste and stir until all is evenly coated with sauce. Lower heat and simmer for 6 minutes.

Stack and roll basil leaves together and thinly slice. Sprinkle basil on top and enjoy.
