Ginger Lemon Sipper

 1 cup brewed ginger tea or fresh ginger simmered in water and strained
  juice of 1 lemon or lime
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 honey or agave to taste
 splash of sparkling water

In a tall glass, combine ginger tea, lemon juice, vinegar, and honey. Stir until well combined. Add ice cubes and top off with sparkling soda.
