Caribbean Lemonade

Let’s go to the islands! Lemonade is so refreshing on a hot day, and this is what I call a getaway in a glass! Lemon, lime, and rum if you please! My cocktail tip: add Angostura bitters to really take this drink to the islands! Angostura bitters are aromatics concentrated in liquid made with a mix of herbs and spices, and are the signature ingredient in several familiar cocktails (think Old Fashion or Manhattan). Using them in this lemonade recipe perfectly balances the sweetness of this crowd pleasing winner. Originated in the home island of my mom in Trinidad & Tobago, I toast her every time I make this one!

 ¼ cup lemon juice
 2 fresh limes, juiced
