Combine everything together. Mix with a hand mixer. It will be crumbly, don't worry.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Firmly press cookie batter into an ice cream scoop. Press firmly with hands.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Let cookies slightly cool on baking sheet.
If any cookie is misshapen, spin it in a cookie cutter and it shapes right up.
Place on wire rack to completely cool.
Serve up for Santa!
