“Berbere, whose name means hot, is a combination of spices used to flavor many traditional African dishes. It is used in a variety of foods including meats, seafood, vegetables, breads, and stews.”
In a small bowl, mix all spices.
Pour spices into sauté pan on high heat. Stir consistently and shake pan to prevent burning. Toast spices for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
Cool and store in air tight container.
